What the quote form collects
When you submit a quote request, we collect what you enter:

- Your address, including street, city, and ZIP
- Which services you are interested in
- An optional note on the size of your home or roofline
- An optional message
We also store a one-way hashed version of your IP address. It is used to rate limit the form and block automated spam. It is not readable as an IP address and it is not used to identify you.

We use your contact details to respond to your request and your address to plan the work at your property. We also use limited technical information to protect the form from spam.
Who processes it
Running the site and delivering your request involves a small number of vendors:
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Neon hosts the database where quote requests are stored.
- Resend delivers the email notification of your request.
These providers handle information needed to host the site, store requests, or deliver notifications to our team.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not add you to a marketing list or a newsletter. We do not share your details with other contractors, lead brokers, or advertising networks.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests as long as they are useful for serving you and for our own records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
How to have your information deleted
Email support@lumoraexterior.com from the address you used, or reference the phone number you submitted, and ask us to delete your record. We will remove it and confirm when it is done.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not run advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. If that changes, we will update this policy.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on a home. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
